Most frequent questions and answers

The system says "Error XXX"

This error usually indicates a temporary malfunction. Please reset the control head following the instructions in your user manual. If the error persists, contact Customer Service for assistance. 

The system time is different from the current one (Set time)

You can set the correct time manually. Follow the steps shown in our video tutorial to adjust the clock.

Well water pressure issue

If your system is connected to a well, check the Rusco filter and the Big Blue filter to ensure they are not clogged. Refer to the instructional videos for guidance. You can also place the system in bypass mode to determine whether the issue originates in the equipment or elsewhere. You can also contact our customer service for assistance.

The system is leaking

If the leak comes from the softener, switch the system to bypass mode to stop the water flow through the unit. Then, contact Customer Service to schedule a repair.

The system needs maintenace

For regular maintenance, you can call Customer Service or request a service appointment through our website.

Protection against natural disaster
