Aquafeel Headquarters Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a North Carolina corporation and the owner and operator of the Aquafeel Solutions brand. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you access or use our websites, mobile applications, customer portal, representative portal, CRM-supported communications, community features, scheduling tools, water treatment products and services, customer support, financing-related workflows where applicable, and any other services we make available under the Aquafeel Solutions brand (collectively, the "Services").
Products and services offered under the Aquafeel Solutions name may be marketed, sold, installed, serviced, or supported by authorized independent subcontractors, dealers, representatives, vendors, or other authorized business partners. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by or on behalf of Aquafeel Headquarters Inc. and may also apply to information collected through Company-managed systems used by authorized partners.
